PADCOM is proud to support the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) in their ambitious construction programs for 2024, aimed at enhancing educational environments and improving safety and infrastructure. Through initiatives like the School Upgrade Program, we are actively involved in modernizing schools by replacing outdated and failing building systems that disrupt school operations or pose safety concerns. Our work focuses on ensuring that these critical upgrades are completed efficiently, allowing schools to provide safe, supportive, and inspiring learning spaces for students and staff.

In addition, the upcoming $9 billion bond measure will allow LAUSD to fund a broad range of school facilities improvements if approved by voters. These funds will support both TK-12 schools and community colleges, ensuring educational environments are equipped to meet modern standards and demands. By contributing to projects covered under the Project Stabilization Agreement (PSA), which includes new construction and modernization efforts, PADCOM ensures that every project aligns with LAUSD’s goals of delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports the educational experience of every student.
