PADCOM supports Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) in delivering its $30 billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which is transforming Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport (VNY) to enhance capacity, efficiency, and passenger experience. As LAX prepares for the LA28 Olympics, PADCOM provides project controls, construction oversight, and estimating services for terminal expansions, airfield upgrades, and multi-billion-dollar modernization efforts. Key projects include the Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP), the $2.2 billion Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) renovation, and the $450 million Terminal Cores & APM Interface Project, all aimed at improving passenger flow and connectivity. San Diego International Airport
San Diego International Airport
San Diego International Airport (SAN) is undergoing a significant transformation through its New Terminal 1 (NT1) program, a $3.4 billion initiative aimed at replacing the aging Terminal 1 with a modern facility to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency. The first phase, set to open in late summer 2025, will introduce a new 19-gate facility, improved roadways, and expanded airside projects.

Los Angeles County Department of Public Works
Managing the planning, programming, design, and construction of capital improvement projects with an annual project value of approximately $3.6 billion. The Capital Projects Section of the Building and Safety Division provides plan check and inspection services for all County-owned and operated facilities to ensure compliance with current building codes.

Los Angeles Unified School District
Los Angeles Unified School District
Engaged in multiple bond-funded programs aimed at repairing and upgrading aging school facilities. Notable initiatives include Measure US, a $9 billion bond measure approved by voters in November 2024, designed to finance specific school facilities projects. Additionally, previous measures such as Proposition BB ($2.4 billion), Measure K ($3.35 billion), Measure R ($3.87 billion), Measure Y ($3.985 billion), and Measure Q ($7 billion) have collectively contributed to the modernization and construction of school facilities across the district.

LACCD
Los Angeles Community College District
Participating in the BuildLACCD program, a comprehensive $15.1 billion initiative funded through voter-approved bonds, including Proposition A ($1.245 billion), Proposition AA ($980 million), Measure J ($3.5 billion), Measure CC ($3.3 billion), and Measure LA ($5.3 billion). These funds are allocated for infrastructure and technology upgrades, sustainability projects, and the construction and renovation of facilities across LACCD’s nine colleges.

SoCalGas is investing in critical infrastructure upgrades to enhance energy reliability, safety, and sustainability across Southern California. PADCOM supports SoCalGas through project management, project controls, construction oversight, and technical consulting, ensuring the successful delivery of pipeline modernization, facility upgrades, and renewable energy integration projects. SDG&E is advancing critical energy infrastructure projects to enhance grid reliability, wildfire prevention, and clean energy adoption across the region. PADCOM provides project controls, construction management, and technical consulting to support key initiatives, including substation modernization, grid hardening, and undergrounding of power lines to reduce wildfire risk. Backed by capital improvement programs, state funding, and federal energy resilience grants, these efforts help SDG&E transition to a more sustainable, resilient, and technology-driven energy network that meets the evolving needs of Southern California communities.
