(LAWA)

PADCOM supports Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) in delivering its $30 billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which is transforming Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport (VNY) to enhance capacity, efficiency, and passenger experience. As LAX prepares for the LA28 Olympics, PADCOM provides project controls, construction oversight, and estimating services for terminal expansions, airfield upgrades, and multi-billion-dollar modernization efforts. Key projects include the Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP), the $2.2 billion Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) renovation, and the $450 million Terminal Cores & APM Interface Project, all aimed at improving passenger flow and connectivity. By integrating state-of-the-art technology, sustainable infrastructure, and world-class design, LAWA is ensuring that LAX will serve as a global gateway for the 2028 Olympics and beyond, and PADCOM is proud to support its success.

San Diego International Airport

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is undergoing a significant transformation through its New Terminal 1 (NT1) program, a $3.4 billion initiative aimed at replacing the aging Terminal 1 with a modern facility to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency. The first phase, set to open in late summer 2025, will introduce a new 19-gate facility, improved roadways, and expanded airside projects.

Los Angeles County Department of Public Works

Managing the planning, programming, design, and construction of capital improvement projects with an annual project value of approximately $3.6 billion. The Capital Projects Section of the Building and Safety Division provides plan check and inspection services for all County-owned and operated facilities to ensure compliance with current building codes.

Los Angeles Community College District

Participating in the BuildLACCD program, a comprehensive $15.1 billion initiative funded through voter-approved bonds, including Proposition A ($1.245 billion), Proposition AA ($980 million), Measure J ($3.5 billion), Measure CC ($3.3 billion), and Measure LA ($5.3 billion). These funds are allocated for infrastructure and technology upgrades, sustainability projects, and the construction and renovation of facilities across LACCD’s nine colleges.

California Department of Transportation

PADCOM supports Caltrans in delivering critical infrastructure improvements across California’s highways, bridges, and transportation networks through project controls, construction management, and estimating services. As part of Caltrans’ long-term modernization efforts, we contribute to major capital projects, congestion relief programs, and climate-resilient infrastructure initiatives. Key projects include the I-405 Improvement Project, statewide bridge retrofits, and multimodal transit integration efforts, all designed to enhance safety, improve mobility, and reduce environmental impact. With funding from Senate Bill 1 (SB 1), the State Highway Operation and Protection Program (SHOPP), and federal infrastructure grants, Caltrans is investing billions in sustainable and resilient transportation solutions, and PADCOM is proud to play a role in delivering the next generation of California’s transportation infrastructure.

Southern California Gas Company

SoCalGas is investing in critical infrastructure upgrades to enhance energy reliability, safety, and sustainability across Southern California. PADCOM supports SoCalGas through project management, project controls, construction oversight, and technical consulting, ensuring the successful delivery of pipeline modernization, facility upgrades, and renewable energy integration projects. Funded by capital improvement programs, regulatory initiatives, and sustainability investments, these efforts align with SoCalGas’ commitment to decarbonization, system resilience, and the transition to clean energy solutions for a more sustainable future.
