About the Role
PADCOM Design & Construction Management Services is seeking a Contract Administrator III to support airport capital improvement projects at Los Angeles International Airport.
The Contract Administrator reports to the Project Controls Manager and performs a wide range of contract administration duties across complex, multi-phase construction and renovation programs. This role supports procurement, compliance monitoring, billing review, change management, and contract closeout while coordinating closely with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with procurement planning and development of pre-award schedules, including Board actions.

Coordinate pre-bid and proposal meetings and present project and solicitation requirements to bidders.

Prepare draft RFP/RFB addenda for review and distribution.

Prepare draft award recommendations and Board reports.

Conform final contract documents and prepare contractual correspondence and reports.

Attend pre-bid meetings, proposal meetings, and post-bid debriefings.

Assist with contract standardization processes.

Monitor contract compliance requirements.

Support resolution of contractor and owner disputes.

Review contractor invoices for contractual compliance.

Perform contract closeout actions including final audit and payment documentation.

Coordinate and document contract changes across the project environment.

Prepare change documents, task orders, and change orders.

Route change documents for signature and track status.

Prepare change reports and analysis.
-
Maintain periodic status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).

Ensure changes properly encumber contractual capacity and budget.

Coordinate schedule impacts with scheduling teams.

Support trend and change management programs.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to support program goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
-
Training in procurement, contracts, construction, and commercial law
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience administering commercial or government contracts
-
Experience with complex, multi-phase, multi-million-dollar construction projects
-
Experience supporting multiple-award task order contracts preferred
-
Experience with alternative delivery methods such as GMP, CMAR, or Design-Build preferred
-
Knowledge of SBE/DBE/MWBE program coordination preferred
